A-Plus
Storage
With
the ever-increasing demand for climate control self-storage
buildings, condensation has become an issue. A-Plus Storage
of Kingston Massachusetts knew the answer, K-13 spray applied
insulation. K-13 White, for reflectivity reasons, was applied
at an average thickness of 2.13" in all hallways and
storage areas. The application provided the owners with double
the benefits, first the R-10, which decreases operating costs,
and second the reduction of condensation buildup on beam and
deck surfaces.

Building
Quiet,
Cool or Warm are now the options for this recently sprayed
Quonset hut in Seekonk Massachusetts. Following years of difficulty
keeping heat in the structure during the winter or keeping
sweltering temperatures out during the summer, this structure
now has the capabilities of a true four season work space.
The application of 2.34", R-Value of 11, has provided
a dramatic change in the operation, appearance and acoustical
performance of this facility.
