Boloco Inspired Burritos

The new Boloco Restaurant is set up cafeteria style but certainly did not want to sound like one. An application of Conspiracy "FCC" at .5" made sure of that. The attention to detail, right down to the acoustical performance of this restaurant, ensures the customers an enjoyable environment to relax and dine. Nestled in the heart of Boylston Street, Boloco is sure to be a big hit with the locals.

Bella Luna Restaurant

The new Bella Luna Restaurant in Jamaica Plain taps K-13 for acoustical control in this eye popping architectural design. Applied in Black at 3", the application not only wipes out any chance of reverberation from the entertainment inside the club, but assists in controlling sound transmission to surrounding neighbors and adjacent tenants. There are not too many types of K-13 applications that are more important in the end result than in this type of venue.

CBS The Scene

How about one more application of K-13 at Patriot Place. Applied on several of their sets across the country, K-13 is certainly not new to CBS or Patriot Place. There are not many materials that can offer this type of multipurpose performance, including the black-out effect along with unsurpassed Noise Reduction Coefficients. No fire retardant coatings needed here, K-13 is a Class "A" Non-Combustible.

Brew Moon Restaurant

Ambiance, which can be affected by acoustical performance, can be the difference between success and failure for any restaurant. The Brew Moon at the South Shore Plaza chose Black K-13, applied at a thickness of 1”, to control reverberation while enhancing the spectacular architectural design. With the open floor plan of over 8,000 square feet, the problem of sound transmitting from the bar area to the dinning room was a major concern. The application of Black K-13 allowed the designers to focus on aesthetics while having confidence in the finished acoustical performance of the space.
